Product: HP Officejet Pro 6978

My HP Officejet Pro 6978

Little used, with HP brand paper - it's repeatedly jamming.  I have done absolutely everything as instructed online and in my book.

I'm unable to find a repair place here (Ocala, Florida) that works on THIS model !!

I'm close now to taking the whole thing apart if only to find the problem before junking it.  Help !!??
