Hey there. So I can't find the proper name for the part in my printer. But the roller that feeds paper from the tray into the printer has warped somehow. It has two "feet" on each end that touch the paper, and then as the roller spins the paper moves into the printer.
Well, because it's warped, one of the "feet" no longer comes into contact with the paper. So as it feeds into the printer the paper goes in crooked and gets jammed.
I've had this printer for just over a year, it would suck to have to buy a new one already.
Can I somehow buy this roller and just replace the part instead?

There are several models of the 2700
Go here and put in your serial number
look for a part name that seems to be what you need and match it to the part that is damaged. If the damaged part does not have a part number you will need to google the part number and look for images
Unfortunately, that partsurfer does not always have photographs
If you post an image of the part I might be able to make a better recommendation.,

If the printer feeds the sheet then you might have a foreign object blocking the straight paper pass. Check the leading edge of the sheet inside the printer and you will find something that is blocking the paper.
You have a jam access door on the bottom side, open it and inspect the interior, also remove the paper and inspect the printer interior from above.
