I replaced my 934 XL ink cartridge after it ran out of ink. I have tried 3 new cartridges, and none of them work. I have gone through all of the trouble shooting loop holes (ie cleaning printer head) to no avail. Even replaced all color cartridges and wasting ink going through the trouble shooting. HELP!!!

- What model printer are you using?
- What is the error?
I see that you have tried the cleaning and reinstalling the ink cartridges and used 3 new ink cartridges. As the issue persists, this could be a hardware issue with the printer.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
