I've purchased a brand new HP 61 ink Tri color cartridge and it is defective. Upon installation, I receive the error " the following ink cartridge(s) must be replaced". The warranty date on the cartridge is July 2022. I would like a refund or replacement as the retailer will not accept opened ink items for return/replacement. I purchased a second identical replacement cartridge and that works perfectly. How do I get a replacement?
