Did not help still says replace the cartridge. I took both the Colored and the black out and replaced it with a new Sams HP61XL cartridge. I have restarted by unplugging moving the plug to another outlet cleaned the cartridge and the ink carriage let it sit overnight to insure it was dry. Removed the cartridge several times and waited the 60 sec and tried to do everything that has been suggested I do. What else can I do beside driving 40 miles to get a new cartridge? Thank you for helping I do appreciate everything you have told me>. Thanks again and if there is one more thing I will try that.
