HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4625 e-All-in-One Printer
I had bought the below HP Printer in UAE and brought it along with me when I relocated to India.

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4625 e-All-in-One Printer. Product CZ284C

Recently I faced a problem with my cartridges. I was suggested to reset the printer by pressing the cancel button once and undo button 4 times. After this my printer asked for new set of cartridges a message popped up - Install Cartridges.

So I procured new set of HP655 cartridges from UAE and installed it  - however the printer does not seem to recognize it  - it does not go further from this point. It remains at the - Install Cartridges - displayed on the display.

Request your help in resolving the issue and or guiding me to the appropriate solution.

Apparently there are codes for each HP printer model which can be used to set up, restore, the printer.

Sometimes they need a set up cartridge to reset the printer. I suspect this is what is being asked for by the printer.

But HP can help bypass it to use regular original HP cartridges to reset - especially for older models like my printer where set up cartridges might not be in circulation even with HP. If anyone is aware of those codes for this particular model, please help.
