Hello!


Our yellow ink leaked inside of our printer. We need replacements cartridges, but of course the ink levels are not being registered. I’ve tried calling without success because our printer is out of warranty. I’ve also tried the virtual agent using “Where’s my ink?”, but it keeps saying I’m not signed into my account.

 

So...any advice on how I can get new replacement ink cartridges? I don’t want to go out and buy new ones since I’m pay for this service.
