Hi

Faced with the problem RESEND UPGRADE.

How to fix i don't know.

Can anyone help or advice how to fix?

What has already been done:

- Upgraded with the latest SW 20221207

- Downgrade with 20200612

If you have already tried these steps mentioned below and still having an issue,This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue
 

The error message Resend upgrade or the blinking control panel lights during firmware upgrade indicates an incomplete or failed firmware upgrade.

Upgrade the firmware

Upgrade the printer firmware.

Restart the printer.

Download and install the latest firmware from HP Software and Driver Downloads.

For more information, see Update the firmware on an HP printer.

If the issue persists, Contact HP Customer Support.

Hi

i am worry that you didnt read my post carefully.

I upgraded with the latest SW and it didnt help.

Finally i changed DC controller PCB board and fixed the issue.
