Please could someone advise me how to reset the password on the EWS. I have tried Factor resets for Network Settings, and Printer Settings but I still cannot get past the security dialogue asking for username and password credentials. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

- The Username and password for the EWS page of the printer is set by the user.
- The Username and password for the EWS page of the router can be obtained from your ISP or it may be printed on the router.
Performing a Partial reset on the printer may remove the user credential data to the EWS of the printer.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
