I have set the Admin password but do not know the user name. I have tried my name, e-mail address, the printers name (B82AC6) and the printer model (DeskJet 2630).
I would like to reset the printer to its factory defaults.
I found one help page for resetting the Deskjet 2630, but the information related to the Deskjet 2630 with the control panel on the front of the printer. My Deskjet 2630 has the control panel on the top left-hand side.
Can you help, please.

Hi,
The username is admin (all lowercase) among with your selected password.
If you fail to access it please ensure the printer firmware is updated (will require a temporary USB connection to your PC), then let me know so I will guide you further:
