My printer says it will stop printing soon if I do not resolve an issue. I log on, but there are no alerts or issues. What is going on?

Possible Reasons and Solutions:
Check HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart App on your Windows 10 computer.
- Ensure the printer is correctly linked to your account and check for any notifications or alerts.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Ensure your printer has the latest firmware. Visit the HP Software and Drivers page and enter your printer model to download updates.
Check Ink Status:
- Verify that ink cartridges are properly installed, and ink levels are sufficient by checking the status via the HP Smart App or the printer control panel.
Restart Printer and Computer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for at least 60 seconds. Restart your computer. Reconnect the printer and turn it back on.
Check Printer Queue:
- Ensure there are no pending print jobs causing the alert. Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers, select your printer, and clear any stuck print jobs.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool, which can diagnose and fix printer issues.
