Product: Pagewide Enterprise Color MFP 586

Recently the above printer has given an error, the "Roller cleaning is recommended." The rollers have been cleaned and put back in. How can I clear the message now? I've reset from the display at the top left corner to no avail.

You need to find Service menu under settings , enter the pincode and there choose cycle counts -> Clean Rollers Count -> 0
