Product: HP 3520 e all in one printer
Operating System: iOS 7 or earlier

Printer is practically new, the rollers won’t grab onto the paper and pull it through. I cleaned the rollers and did a restart...nothing works. I can hear the rollers spinning but they’re not grabbing the paper.

A warm welcome to HP Community!

Most of the paper pick issues can be resolved by power resetting the printer, checking/reloading the paper and cleaning the paper feed rollers. Instructions on how to resolve a paper pick issue can be found here.
