Does anyone know why my rollover pages don't show on my status?  Have been on this instant ink scheme for months now and this is the first month i've had enough rollover pages to not want to 'lose' them yet not at any time in the past 9 months have any of my rollover pages shown on my status.  I've read all the support pages and alhtough I understand that I should be able to use them once i've used up my paid for allowance - i'd like to see how many there are.  I think it may be that I have to use my allowance and then if there were any rollover pages they then get used - which of course is what it should do - but surely they should be there in my status so that I can confirm how many there are?

Hi,

If you use less than the maximum number of pages associated with your page plan in month 1, then yes you should see rollover pages in your account status page below.
