Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer

My HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer has started smoking. Its out of warranty, but it’s less than 2 years old and I never use it to print more than 10 pages at a time. Has anyone else had this issue?

Or maybe does anyone know an email for HP support? I’m trying to call customer service, but it’s been about 90 minutes and NOTHING.

Smoking or steam? it is quite common for printers to steam if the moisture content is high in the media. At one point, most Samsung printers had a label right on them explaining that. If it does not smell like smoke it is likely harmless steam. Most manufactures warn of this issue. See examples below:
