HP Smart Tank 525 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sometimes, when I give command to Print especially if I give 2-3 commands, then the print queue should print one by one.  But sometimes, it shows 'Error While Printing Your Document' and it doesn't print or if it prints, then blank pages are flushed out and then half printed pages are flushed out and after wasting 5-6 prints as half pages-incomplete pages, a complete printed page comes out but in bulk job, it becomes messy.

Please arrange for repair of this Printer and normalization of it.  Sometimes, Pages are also getting stuck in it and even an Executive Bond Paper is getting difficulty.  Presently the latter problem is not appearing but the former is troubling at present.

Hi @Crown_Photostat

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for explaining the issue so clearly—it sounds like your HP Smart Tank 525 is struggling with bulk print jobs, leading to blank pages, half-printed sheets, and intermittent errors. That’s understandably frustrating, especially when it wastes paper and ink.

Let’s walk through a few steps to stabilize the printer before considering a repair.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Fixes to Normalize Printing

1. Run Printhead Cleaning & Alignment

Clogged nozzles can cause incomplete or blank prints:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to Settings > Tools > Clean Printhead.
  • Then run Align Printhead.
  • You can also do this via the HP Smart app > Printer Settings > Print Quality Toolbox.

2. Update Printer Firmware

Outdated firmware can cause print queue errors:

3. Perform a Root-Level Driver Reinstall

Corrupted drivers can cause erratic behavior:

  • Uninstall all HP software via Control Panel > Programs and Features.
  • Remove the printer from Devices and Printers.
  • Open Run (Windows + R) and type printui.exe /s, then remove all HP drivers under the Drivers tab.
  • Restart your PC and reinstall using the HP Smart app.

4. Check Paper Settings & Type

Using Executive Bond Paper or thick media can cause misfeeds:

  • Make sure the paper type and size in the print settings match what’s loaded.
  • Avoid overloading the tray and fan the paper before loading.

You’ve done a great job documenting the issue—let’s get your printer back to smooth, reliable printing! 🖨💪
