The printer I have is all three items you listed and have no problems with the all-in-one.  I DID look at the display panel an could not find anything the article on the forum listed.  And yes, I looked in Google and was sent to this site and to the forum.  And  yes, I looked at the owners manual.  Therefore, I did all of the "fixes" that were listed ... only one worked and now I am not having anymore issues ... not at this moment anyway.  I printed my taxes w/o the separator pages printing.  It seems the situation, so far, is at bay.
