Been trying to set up my new printer put the ink cartridges in and it keeps saying their is a paper jam even though their isn’t  I’m not sure what to do.

Hello, 

 

I hope you have removed all the packaging material from the printer. Use the below URL to check for packaging material and installing the cartridges.
