Scanner froze. now have the message listed. Unplugged printer and reconnected. same message.
7510 all in one printer.

Hello berniece,
Please try the below steps .
- While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
- Restart the PC.
- If the Printer is connected in a Wireless network, then power off the Router for 10 seconds and then power it ON.
- Connect the printer power cord directly to a wall outlet and then to back of the printer. If printer does not power ON automatically, then press the ON button to do so.
- Now try scanning. It sould work.

It does not help. I tried a few hours. Download HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.0 do not help as well. Also tried to close HP task in task manager. Tried hard.
Please give other alternatives.
