I installed the Scan App.  HP Easy Scan. .... but it fails.

It detects scanner OK ... when I start ..

Progress changes to "Preparing to Scan"

Then "Scanning"

Then it completes -

Then it says "Processing".     and cursor changes to a spinning beachball ....... and that is it.

The progress bar has completed - no document image, the only option on screen ios "Stop scanning"

additional information.

I switched from MAC to another device - and did scan there.

Then found scan had then arrived ? ....

 

Tried it again ... same it just stays at spinning beach ball ..... waited 15 mins, then I quit from MAC and come back it then completes - something not signifying fax is complete ?
