Product: Go Officejet pro 6830Example: Pavilion 65XX
My HP OfficeJet Pro 6830 won’t scan. It’s been working fine for years, now it says it’s not connected to the network. I ran a test and the results say it’s connected to my network. Tried to do virtual support, and it told me to uninstall my HP smart. Now I can’t figure out how to proceed

@Pmj321, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:
- What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
- Are you able to print through the HP Smart App?
- Did you make any changed to the printer or the computer?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
