Product: HP Officejet 4500
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Scanner used to scan.  Now I get this message:

 

"No Scan Options.  Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot."

 

I don't have the documentation anymore.  Help!

I understand that you get an error "No Scan Options. Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot." while scanning from your HP Officejet 4500.

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

 

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: 'No Scan Options' Message (Mac)
