Hello.
I have two HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw printers and since some months ago one of the printers always have a paper jam on the second page.
When I print a document with more than one page than the first sheet of paper is printing well but the second sheet always gives an error. The second sheet is than already a little bit in the printer and I have to remove it and restart printing again.
When I print a document with only one page and I print later another document with one page there is no problem.
I cleaned as much as possible the printer feeding system and the internal rubber rollers, but no result. I also tried another paper tray but same problem happens.
Therefor until now I used this printer for one-page documents and my other HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw printer for printing documents with multiple pages, but now that printer gets exactly the same problem!
It seems very much that this problem happens after some time using this type HP printers (getting older) and I hope someone can give me a good advice to solve these problems on both my printers with this problem. Maybe special cleaning or adjustments?
Thanks.

It's the worn pick-up roller needed to be replaced and after that all will be fine.

This type of behavior is usually caused by a paper size issue. Either the paper size on your printer is set to the wrong size or one of the sensor is not detecting top or end of page so that the printer is getting the second page when it still thinks that the first page is still in the printer. A sticking pickup solenoid might also cause the problem as a second page will be picked before it should be. Sticking solenoid is evident if you hear the pickup roller still rotating after the first page is picked.
