Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

Good Morning,   I have forgotten the admin password for my  HP Officejet Pro 8620 and I need to change the network and scan to email settings. Can you please provide me the steps to reset the admin password or reset the printer back to factory default. Thanks,

I see that you want to restore your HP Officejet Pro 8620 E-All-In-One Printer to factory defaults.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to restore the unit to factory defaults.
1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup.
2. Touch Tools.
3. Touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then touch Yes.
A message appears stating that the printer defaults have been restored.
4. Touch OK.
