Printer carriage jam where the ink cartridges are. I have tried all of the solutions. There is no paper jam or obstruction. I have tried resetting it multiple times. It still will not move. Help!!!

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- click here
And if the issue persists, you might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer which is particular for your printer model.
