Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The Printer works for printig but Scan it`s not possible. He shows on tha smal Desk: Printer error 16 Turn on/off

Can anybody help?

What is the printer model?  Scan error 16 error is usually hardware issue with either your flatbed scanner or auto document feeder on top.

It`s a:  NPIBF702A (HP Color Laser Jet MFP M281fdw) printer. Today it`s Printer Error 13. I don`t know why its different today...
