I have an error message displayed on the printer as follows:
Service Station Stalled: Press the OK button to have the printer automatically attempt its recovery process.
I click OK and the message just pops back up. I have tried factory resetting the printer several times but it is still their. I have followed the steps I found on a previous thread, regarding removing ink, replacing and the same with power cable etc. But othing is working.
Can I have some assistance please?

Hi @BekkiJohnson23,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing issues with your HP printer wherein you get the error "Service Station Stalled".
This could be a hardware issue with the unit.
Please follow the steps listed below to reset the printer:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
