Solved: Service module full message will not go away - HP Support Community

I am using an HP Pagewide Pro MPF 577dw. I have replaced the duplex module and have tried to go through the steps to get the "duplex module is full" message from popping up after every print. Instructions say to hit the back button 4 times. I do not have a back button showing on the left side of the screen. Only a question mark. So I can't get to the support section. Any ideas?

The back is under ? it's not lit, you need to press bottom left 4 x
