It is solved.

Ask 4 remotely solved the issue.

They suspected that, as I had originally set it up using my router, that prints were being sent to my router.

Anyway, they uninstalled the printer and set it up manually and selected an option, that did not allow anybody else to see the printer. It now prints from the printer, mobile and tablet.

They did say that they do not use Enterprise Authentification.

They use open wifi, and they are able to isolate each user who has paid for the advanced option. So noby can print to her printer.

Thank you so much, for staying with me Sabertooth, and your comments were very helpful and knowledgable. Your help allowed me to talk to Ask 4 and eliminate the concerns that you highlighted. Your answers did not solve the problem, but they helped significantly to achieve the correct result. So I will give you Kudos on all your posts.

How do I mark this thread as solved?

I hope you avaoided the worst of the hurricane.
