I have tried following HP instructions on Setting up web services but always comes back with:
Web Services is not enabled.
To try setting up Web Services again, click the Retry button below

Hi,
Ensure the latest firmware i sinstalled for your printer, then try enabling Web Services once again:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/OJP8100_R1545A_R1547B.exe
