Product: Envy 5055

I purchased a new HP Envy 5055 printer and I can set it up. I am being asked for the printer password in my wifi settings. The "HP-Setup" network does not appear. My wireless light on the printer is not on or blinking. I am not sure what to do next. Virtual assistance has not been helpful.

Hi,

You may connect the printer using the printer front panel display.

Click the bottom Wireless icon and then tap the gear icon.

Select Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the steps on screen to connect the printer to your wireless network.

 

Once the printer is connected to your network, visit http://123.hp.com and follow the steps on screen to install the printer software.
