I'm trying to setup a static IP address for my printer.  I'm able to access the printer and get into the Embedded Web Server.  After I change the settings and click apply, I get an error message that says:

An error has occurred. (wipv4Page-400)

Click "OK" to go back.

The changes will not save.  Any suggestions as to how to apply the changes?

Step 6 to set Static IP

Now try.

I have tried the steps in step 6.  The issue is after step 5.  I click apply and then the error message that I originally sent displays.  The step (below) says the screen will not refresh and so I tried to type in the new IP address that I entered.  It cannot connect to that IP address.  I refreshed the screen and the settings I entered were not saved.  I also checked my printer and the settings were not changed.  Is there something else I can try?

Click Apply . The screen will not refresh. If you changed the HP product's IP address from what you typed into your Internet browser, you will have to type in the new IP address to access the HP product. If you did not change the HP product's IP address, wait 30 seconds after clicking Apply, and then click the Refresh button in your browser.

Try setting the printer back to factory defaults via the front panel.  Now try again.

I restored factory defaults and tried again. I got the same error message and the settings were not saved.

Can you set up a static (manual) IP from the front panel?  Then connect to your SSID with your password.

Probably you are using Internet Explorer11, I have the same problem with that.

When using Google Chrome it works well, I think with Intenet Explorer 10 too.
