Product: HP ENVY 5050
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased my printer, HP ENVY 5050 new from PC world, it has the setup catridges. I've followed the help guides multiple times and cannot get it to work. I have taken power cord out, waited, removed catridges etc. Please help

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
