Product: HP5255 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP 5255 printer without setup cartridges.   I have purchased new cartridges but it keeps telling me to use the setup cartridges.  Please advise.

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
