Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have an older HP desktop, W 10. Not sure of bit. When USB from new EPSON  WF2960 printer? I have tried a couple of slots w/o action.

Where should the Epson USB plug go?

HP Recommended

You should be able to plug into any standard USB port. If it is not being recognized by the system, try downloading the install package from Epson and running that before connecting the printer to the computer. For Epson issues you really should engage Epson as they will know of any installation quirks with their product.
