I scanned pictures into my HP program. It says that I can share them through Snapfish. When I try to share, it says that "there is no internet connection" even though my computer is connected to the Internet. I just need a way to save these pics to my desktop or to share to Snapfish. Please help!

Hello, @CHS55 – Hope you are well 🙂
Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
I understand that you are having issues while scanning and sharing the picture on your Photosmart printer. I’d suggest you use the HP Solution center to scan the printure. Once you have the picture scanned, then you can save the file to your desktop / my documents and share the scanned picture from there.
Go to http://hp.care/2qPjWae and follow the steps under “Scan with HP Solution Center software” and check.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
Good luck 🙂
