I use the HP Instant Ink program. I installed a new black cartridge. It leaked all the ink into the printer. The printer is giving a message the the cartridge cannot move to print. I restarted the printer. That did not solve the problem so I unplugged it and waited 60 seconds then plugged it back in. There is ink all over the control circuits at the bottom of the printer. It appears that the leaking ink shorted the system out. Before I installed the new cartridge the printer was operating properly. I you are not the correct person to discuss this with please direct me the them.
