Hp officejet pro 6830 showing printing but it was only loading it doesn't print
Please help me our printer is showing printing but not printing its only loading for too long and it has a error message how we can solve this? Thank you.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP OfficeJet pro 6830 all-in-one Printer wherein it is stuck on printing screen.

  

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
