I have an hp 8715 All in One Printer.  I have an immediate need to print a black and white document.  my yellow ink is out and I have a full Black ink cartridge.  I WANT TO PRINT A BLACK AND WHITE DOCUMENT WITH THE PRINTER I PURCHASED!!!!!!!!!!!  HP MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.  CAN ANYONE HELP WITH MY IMMEDIATE NEED?  IS THERE A PRINTER SETTING TO PRINT ONLY BLANK INK?  I HAVE TRIED SETTING WINDOWS 10 TO PRINT WITH ONLY BLACK INK.   Maybe I am doing something wrong.  Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have a printer model that doesn't allow you to print anything if any of the ink cartridges is empty, missing or defective.

You will not be able to print even in B/W if your yellow is empty, to continue printing you will need to replace an empty ink cartridge.
