Hello!
The last few days my printer has been completely missing lines or printing them only halfway. I included some photos. It's especially weird because on the alignment page, it doesn't look like it missed any lines on the actual alignment section, only on the written directions below it. I followed the virtual assistant and cleaned cartridges and aligned them, but nothing changed.
Thanks for the help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Does this happen while copying too?
Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
Let me know if this helps.

Hey Betty, thanks for the response! @Betty0610
This does happen when I copy as well.
I checked for an update and it said that my printer is totally up to date.
Anything else I can do?
This is what the printed page looked like when I copied the cover of a book, if that helps.

If you've any other set of inks, do try that.
