This printer has always been slow to receive print orders, But today it is horrible. The power was off from a storm, so I powered up the printer and my computer and emailed some forms, as usual. Two hours it takes! I tried my best to find the problem through the downloaded troubleshooter ( it said everything is good). The test printing was fast and perfect, but when I email my jobs....nothing for 1 to 2 hours! I have rebooted everything, tried the online support ( yikes!), nothing has helped. I am no computer whiz, so I am hoping the answer is simple. Why does it work from the hp app , but not from email.?

PS: I keep seeing the update message for windows 10, which I click on and it does not take me to Any page with an update to download! Why do they put a link to click and the download is not there?? I don’t know how many times I tried to find it today. Some help! Can you tell I am fed up?? 😫
