I have browsed the forum to find similar responses but none seem to be resolved. I have had this printer for a few years and up until yesterday it was printing wonderfully. Yesterday I sent a three page word document to print .... and it took 30 min for it to complete, printing numerous blank pages instead of the single printed page 3 times. I restarted the printer and my computer. Today I tried again ... same result... it is printing a .pdf file incredibly slow with no error messages or any reason why it wouldn't be printing properly.

Hi @kreadtambunga,
I'd like to help!
I understand that the printer is printing slow.
To assist better, please help me with the below details -
- Are you facing the same issue while making a copy?
- How is the printer connected? (Wireless or USB)
- Are you facing this issue after an update?
Meanwhile, try updating mac and printer firmware
To update the printer's firmware, refer - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
To update Mac, try these steps - How to update the software on your Mac
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
