Product: Smart Tank Plus 550 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I keep getting alerts for my Smart Tank Plus 550 series, to which I haven't had for over 10 months, how do I stop these notifications ?
The printer doesn't even appear amongst PRINTERS and DEVICES in my Windows 10 edge pages.
I've gone right thru my PC and removed any hint of a Smart Tank Plus 550 series.
I do have a HP computer but the alerts are clearly for the none existing printer.
I've chosen " Printing errors or lights & stuck Print Jobs" which has nothing to do with my issue, it's because if I didn't chose a topic this community post wont go thru.
