I have been using the same SSID for my 2.4 and 5 GHz bands on the same router without any difficulty printing or scanning. However, Installing the Full Software on to a new computer consistently fails. This is required if you want to use the ReadIRIS Pro 3rd party software, which will not authenticate unless you install the Full Software.
The HP Smart App can be installed from the Microsoft Store and it will provide Print, Scan, Copy and Fax services. However, it will not provide the Authentication for ReadIRIS Pro.
Provisionally, if there is a way to force the authentication of the ReadIRIS Pro 16 Software to properly allow its use, that would work as well for me.
Thanks.

I should further add that the problem exists even if I am connected through Ethernet to the printer (via a single gig-e switch). So I know that the problem is only with the Full Software install across a network. I verified that All HP Applications has been allowed through the firewall as well. If there is some non-HP Service or Application that needs to be allowed, that would be critical information to know about the issue.
