Hello  I have an older HP Color Digital Copier  Model # 190  I have had no issues with it at all until recently

Although, I have replaced both Print Cartriges..I am still receiving the "Allign Print Cartridges" error message

When I perform that function...I continue to get the same message and the Copier now will not work???

Please advise and help  Thanks  Mike G.   {personal info removed}

Hi-tx for your response. This is a stand alone model which is not connected to the comuter at all. Do you have any other suggestions to reset this? tx a bunch-
