I have Word documents to print. They are all setup in the same way (inserted text boxes with some clipped images from Instagram). The style of documents that has more images in a smaller area of space, will not print. I'm stumped and so confused. Same style of documents. One prints. The other does not. I've realigned the print heads, checked the ink levels, and we've always used HP ink. Do I need to factory reset?

Hello Eli132811,

I'd suggest to convert the WORD file to PDF and then print the converted PDF file.

Below are the steps to do so.

  1. Open the Word document, click on File menu > Save As > on the top middle change the file type from "Word Documen (*.docx) to PDF by clicking on the drop down list. Now click Save.
  2. Now open the created PDF file and then print.

Jabzi
