Whenever I print a document there are parts of letters missing on various lines. The printer has new ink cartridges- all full. Some were replaced even though they were not empty just to be sure it was not a cartridge problem. I've run cleaning the printheads three times - each looks good. I ran the diagnostic page- only thing I can see is the top of the Yellow Square is not filled in right to the very top and the Lt Cyan looks a little faint near the top. Both cartridges were full. I ran Alignment and in quite a few places the rectangles are not a solid black or blue, have streaks of white in them or have missing parts. Also The Windows Printer Test Page shows parts of words missing on various lines. When I use the copy function of a page everything is fine. The problem is copying a document from my computer. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Never had any problems before.

Well now I really have a problem. I thougth I was suppose to uninstall. I've loaded the disc that came with the printer and the message I get when I try to install is- the system does not meet requirements to install- the operating sustem is not supported. Current system- OS:601.64. I have Microsoft 7 Version 6.1.7601 On the side of the message are two items: Operating System & Run as. My options are Help, Retry, Continue or Cancel. However when I open Computer- I see the HP Icon for the CD Drive.
