My Deskjet 3630 has not been use for some weeks as the colour had run out.
New colour has been installed and the cartridges have been re aligned but the printed text has portions (upper portion) missing on some of the lines. Black cartridge shows 3/4 full of ink. I have removed, cleaned the black cartridge and re aligned but still have the problem? Any suggestions please before I change the black cartridge
