HP Envy 4520 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Somebody has been using my HP Envy 4520 wireless printer. On the control panel of the computer, I kept using the cancel button to keep the rest of the printing job from printing.  I then turned off WI-Fi direct for the printer.  My router is password protected and so is my printer.  That was yesterday.  Today, my printer is printing again from this other person. I keep using the cancel button, but the printing continues. So, I shut off the printer. What can I do to cancel the print job from this person?

You first need to determine how the person is accessing your printer.  If they had wi-fi direct access it is possible that they have cracked your network and given themselves access. Do you have both wired and wireless active on the printer (some models do not support having both) but if you do, turn off wireless completely and see if the printing continues. If it does it is possible that your network has been hacked. In that case you should change the wireless passwords as well as the administrator password on your router. If someone had access to your wireless direct on your printer it is possible that they know details of your regular network and are continuing to access it.
