Envy Photo 7800 series
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 7800 series printer was working great and printing off perfect photo's until yesterday.  Now once I get all the paper, size and photo settings ready to go, when i hit print I get an error message that simply says "Something Went Wrong".  No other info is given.  i print through a wireless modem router with  using an HP Pavilion dv7 laptop with windows 7.  Any ideas what this means?

After days of messing with it and nothing worked and zero help from hp I deleted the app and now it works so it’s an issue with hp.. it printed from my phone and other computer but not my hp laptop .. so try deleting the app so if it helps you it worked for me

Hi,

This is due to an issue with Microsoft affecting the HP driver since a Windows Update released a few days ago.

Microsoft has released further updates to fix it yesterday, installing the latest Windows Update should resolve it without any need to reinstall the HP Software.
